I have pretty moderate acid reflux. Not only was I frequently dealing with heartburn, but *gross warning* I was also having issues with excess mucus in my sinuses and throat, and was not able to breathe well out of my nose due to the mucus, especially when lying down. It was quite uncomfortable to deal with. I thought this was an ENT issue, but turns out it was due to GERD, which was irritating the lining of my esophagus. After a few months of constant use, I was symptom free, and it was such a relief. It has been over 4 years now, and they are still an integral part of my daily routine. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night consistently, and will take some an hour or so before eating an acidic meal. You can’t taste the wheatgrass, there’s a good amount of wheatgrass packed into every capsule, they’re pure with no additives, and it’s cheap!!
