Perfect!
Used this on poster board and it worked perfectly. It will not work directly on cardboard though because of the bumpy texture. Wiggle as you slide over the paint to get different texture

Wow!!
Practice on a seperate piece first. It takes a little getting use too but I did it!! It works!! Be careful around the ends of your piece. I also lightly sanded to help give it a smoother finish.
