Bought this for "Jack the Bike Rack" after AI told me it was similar dimensions. I was very pleased as it fits perfectly and is a breeze to take on and off. It comes with a waterproof cover and I can just squeeze my clothes in so that I can cycle to work. The top pocket is also very handy.

Couldn’t find away to attach the bag to the carrier on my bike. Seems you need access to under the carrier to secure the straps provided.
