I have been using this almost daily for about a month now. I do notice an energy burst instantly, but it does not last throughout the day. I haven't noticed any other benefits. I'm thinking of trying the capsules next, but will keep taking this until the bag is empty.

Kind of annoying that the powder isn't as readily soluble as other organic, gelatinized maca powder I've used. Also the effects aren't as noticeable.

Increased my anxiety
I took a half teaspoon everyday for a month. I realized it was increasing my anxiety so I stopped. I take other adaptogens periodically (aswaghanda, holy basil, ginseng, ginko)- and none of these have ever made me jittery. Aside from the jitters I cannot report any positive results from taking for over a month.
