Bob's Red Mill Active Dry Yeast 8 Ounce (Pack of 4)

I keep this yeast in my fridge and it easily lasts me over a year. I feel like the quality is great. I have tried several different brands of yeast and this one gives me the best rise.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because I have used other products made this manufacturer and they were good quality and this was as well. I used it to make bread in a bread machine.

Absolute best yeast in making our weekly Challah. Easy to work with and no funky aftertaste.

Just purchased this yeast for the first time. I have used it in two recipes so far and it is awesome! Does not take long to bloom when making bread. And i am very pleased with the resealable bag it comes in. Very sturdy and thick packaging.

So far it works just as well as the name brands in the little packets. But it’s much easier take a jar out of the freezer and use a measuring spoon or scale to take what I need, rather than cutting open a couple packets and using a partial and trying to not waste it. I will buy this again.

Bob’s Red Mill products are high quality all around. Having Celiac disease, the Certified Gluten Free label is a must. Never had a complaint.
