I like the cushion and probably ideal for some conditions but I bought it for 'numb bum' from sitting down a lot in my job. I have to sit to one side of it where its thicker. My left glute is tight so can feel painful/uncomfortable if sitting for too long. It needs to be as thick as the sides in the middle. I might have been better buying a sponge seat.

I experience numbness if I sit for longer periods of time and folded blankets didn't work anymore, so got this cushion. I actually turned it other way around (back facing outwards) as I find that way is even more comfortable. I got the thicker version as was worried the smaller one will get flatter sooner. This one is still in good shape after a few months.

I’m quite heavy and having a problem with my coccyx, I was really looking forward to receiving this for some pain relief. It arrived today and seems fairly well made and although it’s better than nothing, it’s quite disappointing. I can still feel pain at my lower back. So may work for some, but not me.

This has helped force me into a better posture while working. Important as I've recently undergone extensive cervical spine surgery and needed to restructure my office to be more ergonomic as a result. While my chair is adjustable in most areas, I needed this cushion to finish the job when it came to sitting comfortably. Noticeably less pain as a result. Seems to be lasting well, despite me being a biggish chap using it for maybe five or six hours a day, every day.

I felt the difference straight away. Usually have to get up and walk off the sciatic pain every 10 minutes.When I used this rest was every 30/35 minutes. Apprehension about sitting down to work has reduced.I bought two by mistake the second one has replaced the ordinary cushion I was using in the car.Priced well for the relief it has brought - is there one for the back?

I had a similar cushion for driving due to back issues, but after getting a new car it made my pain worse as it didn't fit right. Took a gamble on this one and I'm so glad I did. The gel layer makes it incredibly nice to sit on, as it feels nice and cool. And I actually managed to drive 4 hours before the pain got bad. Couldn't be happier with it. I'd definitely recommend it.

I decided to take the plunge and order one of these cushions as I suffer badly with coxis pain due to having sciatica and 2 prolapsed discs in my back.Wow what a difference, it felt unusual to start with but now I'm used to it it's fantastic.The main thing is is NO MORE PAIN!!! I should have bought one ages ago but at least I have one now.100% recommend to anyone suffering with similar pains

I had ordered a different cushion which initially I was not sure I liked, and so ordered this one thinking that if I did not keep it I would give it to a friend. Having tried both cushions I decided to keep the first one I ordered. My friend said he did not need the cushion and so it was returned, but was nothing wrong with it. These cushions do help for anyone with back issues who needs to sit for long periods.
