Very soft and durable.
It's so soft!! And I love that it's made from recycled materials. Great for kids, even the older ones. My leadership group of teens loved carrying it around during seminar. The hyena likeness is very good.

Embroidery
I edited my review to note that the customer dedication of this company is PHENOMENAL! They will reach out to you and help you through anything, even finding specific stuffed toys tailored to your needs! This one in particular is soft, cheap and cute. But what they don't show in the photos is there is an embroidered label on its hip that says it's made from recycled materials and the embroidery doesn't come off. Great they use recycled materials for their toys though!

Somewhat Malformed
Made of fairly nice and soft fabric, and it's cute- except it came with a completely malformed face. The fur sticks out in odd directions, one side of the face is deeper in than the other, and it has a strange dent in the top of the head below the fur. It would be fine as a gift for a very small child that wouldn't care, but it definitely looks a bit weird.

My son purchased this as a gift for a friend who loves hyenas. His friend loved it. The one he received looked just like the pictures and was very detailed and soft. The seller packaged the item nicely for shipping as well. Arrived quicker than stated too. Thank you.

i don't write reviews a lot but i saw this plush didn't have any and it definitely needed one. this guy is so big! so cute! soft! i didn't really read the description before buying but he is made from recycled bottles which is amazing! he also has beans in his butt and he is very huggable. absolutely love this guy! might even buy a second one someday!
