After my son was born, I struggled to produce milk right away (every mother has this issue in the beginning before milk comes in)I started taking two of these supplements three times a day accompanied by the sunflower lecitihin, and BAM my milk started flowing. Now I can feed my child and have some to pump afterwards. I am filling a bag everyday, and feeding my baby on demand. I am very pleased with this brand. I am forever a legendairy milk supporter. I will say, do some research as some baby's have different reactions to certain supplements (gas, etc) but this particular one works for me. I have lechita to try next, and I will be buying more cash cow and trying some of the others eventually. The ease of availability is nice as well as these are sold at stores near me and not just online. Their website always has great deals, I suggest signing up for their newsletter. The smell is akin to guinea pig food (sorry not sorry) but you cannot taste it, and it does the job so I could care less. The size of the pills are larger than most you will find, but again, you cannot tell if you down them with a beverage. I have not noticed and changes in pain relief, or sleep quality. The quality of this product is very high and it ACTUALLY works! My baby and I are very pleased.

Best stuff on the market. Itty bitty titty committee here and these supplements increase my supply upon taking by an ounce per breast which is a great deal for me! The others personally didn’t increase suppl6 for me.

It works!!! Atleast for me..I have always had a descent to good amount of milk..but recently had to be on antibiotics which messed me up so badly that I was only able to get about 5 to 6oz a day ..when I had about 20oz .. I was soo stressed and decided to try these out..I am soo glad I did. It took around 2 to 3 days for me to see a different..a big one too.. I do drink a lot of water and coconut water with Body Armor..and I also started power pumping- just replaced 1 pumping session with it.. A week later...I am back!!!

Honestly I took the whole thing and i dont know if it really works. I never noticed an increase with my supply. So I power pump weekly every other week. I took these supplements for a month with my power pump sessions. I make about 65 ounces extra every 3 days from exclusively breastfeeding my son. Then I tracked my supply for a month without the supplements but still with my regular power pumping schedule. Same supply. I honestly think if you stay hydrated and empty your boobs often that’s the best milk increase. I would like to think supplements help but it’s most likely a placebo affect for me. Maybe it works for others and that’s great but my supply was the same with and without them. And remember ladies, no one ever mentions this but supply is genetics too! Do not get sold or made to feel bad if you cannot increase your supply. Do the best you can but your self worth is not measured in ounces.

This product would get five stars because it is truly awesome, within 48 hours of taking the capsules a couple times daily my supplied doubled at each pump session. The only reason why I did not get five stars is because my baby in particular got extremely gassy from this. Unfortunately, it also made mom very gassy.

I feel these performed best in comparison to Pump Princess and Liquid Gold. I notice the most increase in my supply with Cash Cow.Pros: Increases my milk supply. When I am taking it, I pump 40-60ml. When I don’t take it, I only pump 25-35ml (both breasts combined. I’m an underproducer).Cons: Have to take non-stop and continuously, very expensive for only a ten day supply, smells and tastes like grass/hay, and is a “proprietary blend” which means that the individual ingredient quantities are not displayed on the nutrient facts and therefore we don’t know how many grams of each nutrient we are consuming; nor what percentage each nutrient is. This makes it easier for manufacturers to cut corners by using the majority of the cheapest nutrient or filler and only a very small fraction of the actual nutrient you’re looking for. This could explain why you have to take 6 of them a day and there’s only a 10 day supply in the bottle.

I was skeptical of getting these at first because of some of the one star reviews, but my lactation consultant recommended these to me and I’m so glad she did. My baby has a severe lip tie which is not able to get a deep latch, which my supply was down. After one day of taking these I’ve been able to mostly breastfeed her

Has made a significant difference in my milk supply I was pumping 2 oz and it doubled my supply within days.
