CAP Fitness Pair of 2 Pounds Wrist Weights (Magenta)

These weights are most definitely made for people with small wrists! Luckily, I am just that person. I spent hours perusing Amazon for wrist weights that would fit around my extremely slim wrists (I'm a very tiny person to begin with...), and found these weights as an "Add On." For the low price I was offered, I decided to take the chance and placed my order.The weights arrived well-packaged in a brown Amazon box. Inside the box was the recyclable bubble air bags to fill up space, and the original box that the weights were in. Upon opening the box, I realized that ONLY someone like me with these very slim wrists, or a child, would be able to use them as wrist weights. Fair enough! Please see the pictures I have attached so that you can determine whether these weights will work for you or not.My wrists are just under 6" in circumference (as I said...I'm small). With the Velcro closures, the weights fit around my wrists PERFECTLY. Smaller wrists as small as 5" in circumference could be accommodated, but larger wrists would have issues getting Velcro to close all the way.As for their function, they are doing exactly what I need them to do - helping me tone my arms while I work throughout the day. They are NOT unobtrusive as their bulk is difficult to hide, but they are fairly comfortable and not too heavy for all-day wear as long as the seams for the sand bags are set in the right spot on my bony wrist.If you have small wrists and want to tone your arms in a "non-workout" kind of way, I recommend these weights.

I purposely searched for something small and less bulky. These have a little stretch to them, but barely fit my 5-3/4" wrists. However, they are pretty low profile, and don't feel like they'll get in my way too much when I'm wearing them. They are fairly comfortable so far, as well. I think for the price, I'm pretty happy with them. I can't yet speak to how they will hold up over time, however.

I like these weights, they seem to be well made and I’m not experiencing any leaking beads or fraying of the material. The Velcro length is only about an inch so there’s not a lot of room for adjusting tighter or looser but they fit pretty well on my wrist. Wish they had a bit more Velcro so that I could adjust down or up(for my ankles).

I purchased these to use with my workout videos and yoga. At 1 lb each I' mstill amazed that after a 25 minute light cardio with lots of arms it felt heavier than my 5 lb hand weights. The next day I was nicely sore and pleased that they proved so effective. I now wear them for most of my video workouts and even while walking around for exercise. And yes, if I could wear them with work clothes I would because they can proven so great. I give them only 4 stars because the length of them is somewhat short. I have small wrists and they fit me perfectly but if you have wide wrists they would not make the cut. I measured and my wrists are about 5.5 inches all around (this is comfortably and not tight) so while I highly recommend these as an addition to any workout I caution buyers to measure their wrists before making the purchase.

I bought these weights to use as part of a sensory diet for one of my students. As an occupational therapist at a public school district, I find myself consistently spending my own money to buy incidentals throughout the year. I was very pleased to find this set for a very affordable and reasonable price. I read the reviews before purchasing, and many stated that these are small. And they are somewhat small. But they fit on my kindergarten aged student's ankles just fine. I like the reflective strip on them even though we only use them inside at school during the day. They are made of a neoprene material and feel well made. I use them on a hyperactive kindergarten student several times a day, and the velcro is holding up okay. It could be better. But the stitching and quality of the remainder of the weights is superior. These are a very nice set of weights, expecially for the very affordable price.

Soft and seem comfortable but don't fit me or my daughter. Tiny baby size weights.

Great wrist weights for walking and working out the upper body ant the same time. Fit perfectly comfortable won't come loose while swinging my arm..

The product itself is great. Well put together. They are a bit small. I wear an apple watch so it made it a bit uncomfortable to wear. I think if the velcro was a bit bigger, they would have fit better. Or perhaps buy a larger size.

These do what they're supposed to do at a reasonable price. A couple of minor issues:1. These weights may be too small for someone with large[r] wrists. My wrists are only about 18cm in circumference yet these weights are a tight fit.2. There's a smell from these weights that some may find annoying. It's not strong and I haven't had these weights long enough to know if the smell will eventually dissipate. But if you're sensitive to this, be aware.

Really like these. They're only 1 pound each but feel surprisingly heavy (I thought/hoped they were 2lbs each. I usually use 5-10lb weights when I use normal weights).I have normal-sized female wrists, and they only fit at the end of my wrist (won't even wrap around if I put them higher than my watch). Definitely won't fit a guy or anyone with big wrists.These are the nicest looking ankle weights I've seen though, colour as advertised. Hope they last.

These are awesome. As others have said they are a bit on the smaller side so if you have thick wrists or you want these for ankles these might not be for you. But if your wrists are like mine and my husbands then these will work well for you. Remember you don't want them to slide when you are wearing them so tight is a good thing.

These are great for small woman's wrists though I wouldn't recommend for the ankles. They are small and compact which is useful. I got these as sensory processing difficulties and they are the perfect weight for the wrists or can easily be laid flat for the shoulder :)
