Fantastic for trigger finger (my ring finger). I had been using self-sticking wrap and hated not being able to wash that hand without re-wrapping afterwards. The sleeve is a little snug when new, but after a few hours of wearing it, I was able to slip it on and off easily without it feeling like it would fall off. Having a 2-pack is great, because I can hand-wash one and wear the other one while it is drying. I can still type and do normal activities without feeling constrained. I'm not sure how it would work on a thumb, though. I used a thumb stabilizer brace for when my thumb was affected.

Fingers turn "trick" and painful, joints swell and loosen, it's no fun.Especially in crummy weather, these sleeves are the trick. They are snug but will loosen up a bit as you use them. Well thought out and made, they're worth the extra money and are great for swollen finger joints if you whack 'em with tools or while working a project.The only thing is that I wish they made one larger size for thumbs. Same length or a bit longer, but wider. I'd love to be able to have this brace on my thumbs at times.I can definitely see how these would be great for recuperation between games in nearly any sport, even ping-pong, and for people using hand-tools all day, like technicians, mechanics, contractors, etc.Buy a couple and keep them on hand for when you really need to get that swelling out of the joint without using bone-damaging ibuprofen. The pressure really is an "ahhhhh..." thing when you put these on!
