Uncomfortable
Very unconformable. Difficult to sleep with or even close mouth. Hardly swallow saliva. Worst is with all these difficulties, still snoring!

Improved Sleep
IntelliGuardPro Review.Pros:• Length of sleep improved.• Quality of sleep improved.• BPA free plastic.• Good video on the Snoreeliminatorpro.com website showing how to mould the mouthpiece.Cons:• It took a few nights to adjust mouthpiece to the point where snoring and undiagnosed sleep apnea ceased.• After adjusting the lower half forward, sharp edges had to be filed away so as to not hurt my tongue.• It is unnatural to fall asleep with something in my mouth, thus is takes longer to fall asleep.• If my mouth falls open when lying on my side, I sometimes drool.• When breathing through my mouth while sleeping, I awake with dry mouth and lips.• I fear it will alter my teeth or the biomechanical functioning of my jaw.• No video on the Snoreeliminatorpro.com website showing why and how to adjust the mouthpiece.• The Snoreeliminatorpro.com website catalogue has nine different mouthpieces but does not indicate the differences between them or who would benefit from each one.The quality and duration of my sleep was awful, I would only sleep for a couple of hours then awake. My spouse said that I snored and would stop breathing and then start again with a gasp. Using the IntelliGurard Pro my sleep improved immensely. The length of time that I remain asleep increased by a number of hours and the quality of that sleep is much better. I awake more rested, am more mentally capable and suffer little to no lack of sleep related headaches. My spouse says that I no longer snore nor do I stop breathing and then start again with a gasp. After starting with the ItelliGuard Pro, it took several nights before I was comfortable with it and my sleep improved fully. Initially before adjusting the lower half forward, I was still snoring but to a lesser extent than usual. I adjusted the lower half forward a couple of millimetres and the snoring improved but was not eliminated. I adjusted the lower half again a couple of more millimeters forward, then the snoring ceased. After adjusting the lower half forward, sharp edges of the ridge and groove where the upper and lower halves fit together were exposed. This was disconcerting as it felt as if my tongue would be cut. I filed the sharp edged away and now the mouthpiece is comfortable in my mouth. The benefit of improved sleep by far outweighs any of the cons mentioned. I will continue to use the IntelliGuard Pro.

Good trial device
This device enabled me to test whether or not this solution would address my snoring problem. For this purpose, it was a cheaper solution than going to have something custom-made. I agree with other reviewers that it is not comfortable and too big but it works as a trial device before you go to the dentist and invest in a device.

Don't buy
I have regular mouth, at least never got a comment on it's too big or too small. The item is way too big. It's really uncomfortable to put in. It gave me sore chin already after wearing it for 5min. I can't imagine sleep with it for a whole night. It's in trash bin already.

Decent Product
I bought this for my husband because of his snoring. Unfortunately I can't be in the same room if he's snoring. I just can't sleep with so much noise. My husbands doctor recommended he give this product a try. For the most part it does help out a lot. There are times when he'll still snore with this in, but for the most part it is light snoring. The only thing my husband doesn't like about it, is that he says it's not that comfortable. Otherwise I think it has worked out pretty great. I haven't heard him snore much since using it.

Buy this if you have trouble sleeping on your back and also need an oral device to reduce snoring.
Buy the IntelliGuardPro if you have trouble sleeping on your back and also need an oral device to reduce snoring. Why? Well here's my experience. About 6 years ago I was drained from lack of sleep. I was waking up constantly because I rolled over onto my back many times at night without realizing it. Each time I would eventually start snoring. Either my wife would wake me up, or I would wake up from the gagging. I learned about an oral device through my dentist that would be covered through my dental insurance. I decided to get it since I wasn't going to use a CPAP machine. The process to get the device took about six months. First I had to have a sleep study done (at home) to test my sleep apnea levels, etc. After that, the dentist got the approval to proceed and I went in for my fittings. That took about two visits and about 1 month to complete. Then I waited for the device to be made and when it was ready I came in for a final fitting of the device in my mouth...that was after about two months. Then I had to go into the dentist for final adjustments to the device over a series of longer and longer periods of time to be sure I was getting the right adjustment to the extension of my lower jaw. Finally, after six months I got the go ahead to go home and only come in if I felt I needed an adjustment...which meant making an appointment to do so. Yes, the device worked and I have no idea how much it cost my insurance plan...I'm sure it was 100s of dollars Lastly, the key to the device is extending your lower jaw forward slightly so that your airway opens up a bit more and you breathe easier at night and don't snore. My wife can testify to the latter. So, why buy the IntelliGuardPro? The dentist's device lasted only 2 years before it started cracking here and there, and in the end it broke in half after 4 years. I just didn't want to go through the entire six month process all over again to get a second device. So, I searched the internet for something similar. There was nothing out there except the usual sports mouthpiece-like devices that never worked for me. I tried slings to keep my jaw shut and several other novelty devices and none worked. Soon enough, I wasn't using anything for about two years and feeling miserable most mornings when I woke up. In desperation, I recently searched the internet and found the IntelliGuardPro. It hit me right off the bat:A) it had a double bite area that held both your upper and lower teeth in place (most others only hold the top in place like a sports mouthpiece);B) it has adjustments that allow you to adjust the extension of your lower jaw, just like the expensive dentist's device I mentioned above, which is the key to reduce your snoring problem.AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, AND AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS AT TRYING TO FIND AN EFFECTIVE ORAL SLEEP DEVICE, THE INTELLIGUARDPRO IS THE ONLY DEVICE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO ADJUST THE EXTENSION OF YOUR LOWER JAW!!!So, for $20 you don't have to go to the dentist and endure a sleep study; schedule about 8 to 10 dentist visits; wait 6 months finally be done with the dentist. I bought the IntelliGuarpPro on a Monday, had it in my hands by Wednesday and set it to fit my mouth and set the jaw extension to 5 and wore in Wednesday night. I woke up today (Thursday) feeling great - like I did when the dentists' device was in my mouth at night.I'm not a salesperson and wasn't paid to write this long review. I just wanted to do so to help others out there with the same sleep issues I had.
