Excellent product. I cut the gummy in half because 5 mcg is a bit too much for me. A half of a gummy is just right for me to wake up after 8 hours sleep and feel alert. I’d probably sleep past noon if I had the whole gummy. My sensitivity might be due to my size. Folks probably metabolize differently. If it helps to know…I’m 129 lb. on the petite side.

Good for children!

The gummies taste strawberry-like and are pretty good. They seem to work pretty fast, around 30 minutes from taking them and I feel pretty sleepy. I've also taken them right before bed and I'm able to fall asleep almost immediately, which is not the case without them.

It works! My daughter is 7 and it works in about 20-30 minutes.

First night taking these & my 5 year old had an accident :( They did work tho . She went to sleep , Which she never has accidents :(
