Unisoy 100% Organic Non-GMO Soybeans Instant Premium Soy Milk Powder Drink - Unsweetened Original is an excellent product. I have been searching for a powdered non-dairy creamer for my tea to bring with me when I travel. I have tried other soy powders and they taste terrible. A couple of spoons of this product stirred into my tea tastes very good. The 1 oz packages of the powder make the product very convenient for packing into my suitcase with my tea bags. The product has only 4 ingredients which I appreciate. There are no flavors added so there is no unpleasant aftertaste in my tea. Even though the product is called “Unsweetened” it contains the sweetener fructooligosaccharide, but it is not overly sweet. I have been looking for a product like this for years. I love this product.

I had no idea what to expect from this, not ever having made instant soy milk. I am very impressed with the smooth flavor, & slightly sweet nuttiness of this beverage. I've only used it in my vegan mac & cheese, but am looking forward to pouring it over cereal, & using it in all of my future recipes (requiring non-dairy 'milk'). I've been unsuccessfully looking for smaller 8-ounce packages of liquid soy milk, because I can never seem to use all of the 32-ounce before it goes bad. This is the perfect solution for individuals needing to have *any* amount of a non-dairy beverage!

I was tired of buying soy milk and having it expire in my fridge. This stuff is super convenient. You can blend it up super thick and use it as cream for cooking or drinks, make your own hot cocoa mix, etc. It also goes really well in coffee and hot tea, whereaz other plant milks can sometimes curdle. Will be purchasing frequently.

Extremely mild in flavor, almost tasteless, which may be desirable in some applications. I was initially concerned on seeing the ingredient "fructooligosaccharide" listed, as this is the same or related to the components naturally present in beans that gives people trouble. Why would they deliberately add such a dubstance? Anyhow, it did not seem to cause me noticeable trouble, so you can probably use it with confidence.

It's convenient, but expensive. I didn't realize each packet only makes one cup of soy milk. I like that it's unsweetened.

Being dairy-free can be difficult when you are trying to find creamer for your coffee while traveling. This is not milk, but with you are vegan, it is the best so far. It dissolved well in both hot and cold liquid. I like the small packets, since I can pack it with me on my travels.

I enjoy it as a warm drink, it does have sweetness to it, although there's no added sugar. I also used it it a condensed milk alternative for a non-dairy pumpkin pie - it turned out nice and creamy.

I bought it as a replacement for the Vanilla SILK we usually drink because we will be traveling in Africa and I have a kid who likes familiar foods. It is not exactly the same but a close approximation.
