Q: After transferring this heat transfer vinyl to clothing, is it comfortable to the touch?

Not quite sure what you mean about being comfortable....it's not stretch vinyl, so if you are applying it to a stretchy t shirt for instance, it will retard the stretch of the fabric where it is adhered. If you need a stretch vinyl, have a look at spectacles vinyl on MDP supplies. Does that help?

Q: If i lost my teflon sheet of the htv, could i use something to replace ?

Buy another one or try a heat resistant baking sheet (which you can find in one of those cheap stores).

yes this would be fine to do childrens t shirts....I use mostly for t shirts and aprons as gifts. do bear in mind this is not stretch htv...so any stretch in the tshirt that is under the htv will no longer 'give'. Also you would have to check laws and regulations if you are wanting to put them on items to sell. x
