A highly recommended walker for seniors.
I am so pleased with the light weight of this stroller and the ease of mobility it gives me. The instructions were very easy to understand for assembly and the flexible height adjustments were easy to adjust as well. The seat and backrest are comfortable and there’s plenty of room in the storage bag. I like the handle on the seat to pull up on when you want to collapse this walker for storage in your car trunk. I also was very pleased to have the brake cables hidden from view inside the frame. That is an extra precaution from any unforeseen accidents. Thank you again.

Cast aluminum wheel fork sheared in a fraction of a second! Awful!
Update: Two WEEKS after submitting a claim via email, and I still have not heard from Healconnex. Poor product, even shoddier service. I will update again if I ever hear from them. Wheel caught for a moment while traversing cobblestone street (in the gap between pavers) and simply snapped, tumbling sideways acutely. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured; but I had to tote around the useless piece-of-junk device for over 10 days while in England until checking it in to return home. What I wanted to enable my family holiday travel to the UK became a confounding burden. I purchased it in February in anticipation of an April knee replacement, to support the upcoming trip in July. If I can't get an immediate replacement or effective repair part to replace, I am requesting a refund through Amazon or Healconnex.

A mostly great walker
This isn't a bad walker overall. Folds nice and easy, comfortable to sit in and makes going through doors easier. This is a seldom used walker that mostly sits in the house standing in the corner ready to work. Just started taking it out to exercise with the colder weather. Only owned this for 3 months at time of failure. The issue comes with a design flaw. The front wheels are mounted on a single side. The weight distribusion is off. If sitting in the seat and leaning back on the chair, the wheels have to be straight and Locked to be a good chair. if the front wheels turn or are turned in sitting or at time of parking, the weight is distributed along the single sided wheel attachment. Luckily for me, I had the wheels turned left and the front right wheel took the beating. the Joint at the wheel top bent and the wheel folded under. The wheel caught on the outer joint, so i dropped less than an inch. Had the wheel been facing the other way, or been the other wheel in this position there was nothing to lean against and the seat would have fallen over when the 10 inch wheel met the ground with my considerable weight going with it. I'm under the weight limit of the chair, but this design is flawed. the metal wheel bent far enough to hit the bracket and lock in place. The Rollator wouldn't move. At this point, the joint was soft, i could pull the wheel back into place by hand and get back home. No longer trust this walker and now I know what to look for in future walkers.

Good value for money
I ordered this rollator for my mom who is a cancer patient with left leg lymphoedema, neuropathy who broke her right hip a few months ago and has been using a walker for several months since hip surgery. I am giving this detail to provide background to thoughtful caregivers who may be worried about their loved one similar to me and are deciding on price vs value. Since I ordered this rollator, I reread reviews and was worried about potential issues, so I ordered 2 more expensive rollators for comparison (2.5x and 3x more expensive). We have tried all 3 rollators and this one came in second place. Of the 3 rollators, it had the best seat and bag. Other functionality (folding, breaking, handle adjustment, traction) were similar to more expensive rollators. I saw customers reporting a broken fork on a front wheel, however I noticed that on the rollator we received, the fork was a solid piece without a hole in the middle, so it looks like the company addressed the issue and reinforced the fork. I ended up keeping the most expensive rollator because it had a solid hydro formed frame without welding and was 4 lb lighter, however for a patient with fewer health issues than my mom’s, I think this rollator is a great value for the money. This is not a sponsored review, I am writing it to help other caregivers make the right decision for their situation. I would discourage a patient from using the rollator as a chair: the seat is very comfortable but any rollator is not meant to be used as a chair for prolonged seating. It was easy to assemble by a caregiver, easy to maneuver inside and outside the house, the wheels are made of pvc but have a good traction and feel like rubber. I taped the wheels to prevent damage from testing and they still felt good while testing on uneven pavement.

So glad I bought the Healconnex Luxury Rollator Walker
When it was made clear to me that I would benefit from a walker, I was sent links to several brands to check out. One of the reasons I chose this one because it was the lightest one with big wheels. I checked out the difference between "walkers" and "rollators", with the most important being it was for more active people. I've walked as far at 4 miles with it, which is major for me. I have used it on grass, even grassy hills. The main reason I chose this one is because the brake cables are hidden in the frame of the rollator. In the past, I borrowed a walker with those cables exposed . . . hidden is much better and easier to maneuver. All parts are made of quality materials. The seat is strong and comfortable. The storage bag is a good size with a shoulder strap for carrying in and out of the house. The one problem that I had with this rollator is that one of the loops that hold the storage bag to the rollator was made too small/tight. It was hard for me to attach it and remove it. For almost a year I put my things in another bag which I placed into the storage bag. After a while that got old. I was able to get an email to the company from Amazon where I made the purchase. After a few back and forth emails to make them understand the problem, I received a PERFECT new storage bag in the mail! The only bad thing is that I waited so long to write to the company. I was as impressed with the company as I am with how much my Healconnex Luxury Rollator Walker helps my, especially on long walks!
