polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate. It's a a gelly-like polymeric organosilicon compound. It's safe to use.

Is this made in Russia?

Russian company has the license, but it is originaly from Czech Republic.

What are the ingredients?

It is a silica gel. No other ingredients that I am aware of.

Does anyone have instructions in English? Mine didn’t come with and the seller says they don’t have...

It originally came from England, so I remember it just saying to mix at least a tablespoon into any 4-8 oz. water or other drinks of choice. Use as needed, at the first sign of an IBS episode. Has always worked for me and they do seem to originate in Russia or similar country lately, ordered from Amazon. I found no difference from the versions in English.
