Best thing I’ve bought for my neck
Love this it helps my neck I’m not glued to my desk and can get files while talking to customer easier to type great product sturdy built well quality hearing the rang is great for walking through two doors over to other offices price is best I’ve seen

Did even make it a year and it stoped working but great company
It stopped working less than a year later. Given that the company was great to work with. They sent out a new one right away and gave us a 2 year warranty on the new one. Crossing fingers this one works longer. I would recommend this company for purchases they are fair and accommodating.

These break about every 8 or 9 months :(
This is the only set that we have found that works with our business phone system. BUT we have purchased 3 of these in the past year and a half. They never last very long. We are on a hunt for a better option.

Don't buy unless you like having to switch to speaker
This is one of those products where the translation between Chinese and English is horrible in the useless instructions. There are buttons and settings not covered online or in the supplied manual. The person speaking to you will hear their own voice echoed louder than they're speaking back into their own ear and there's no way to prevent this. It looks decent, that's about it. It has about a 40 minute charge hold but re-charges fast, nowhere near the hours and hours of charge time it boasts. There's a reason it's so cheap and in this case you get what you pay for.
