Good fit.

It fits
We have older awning windows with a smaller diameter shaft on the mechanism. This fit great. Will most likely buy a few more.

nice quality but...
for me wrong size. Seems there is a smaller size , 1/4" that would be my size. The set screw was to high in the hole so I had to cut a little of the handle off so the screw would grasp the shaft. We'll see how long that holds up, thinking with time it will damage the shaft and fall off. The correct size is important and making "adjustments" not so much.

hit and miss quality
I bought 2, one works just fine, the other just kept coming lose no matter how hard i turn the retaining screw. the overall quality is ok for the price. buyers be ware.

Works great for my purposes.
I'm not using this for a window crank, but rather to turn a magnet winder for the manufacture of magnetic pickups for electric guitars.

Purchased the wrong size
So, I bought this on a guestimate & I mis-guestimated. Only real dislike with any validity for this review is the item is bright white, like nuclear white. I mean, it's cleaner than the jalousies it was supposed to attach to, the walls it's next to, the house it's in... Heck, this thing'll outshina a brand new plate of China.

Out of spec
I ordered 4 if these. I verified the diameter of my shafts and the bore of a handle that actually fit. 7.95mm for what was present. What I received was 8.3 - 8.65mm. Only two of the 4 I ordered fit, and their screws had to be tightened down a lot to barely be usable
