Thin and gets under food easily. Use it at the camper on the griddle and it works great! Haven't used with Pancakes yet but I'm sure it will be great cause of the size.

BIG AND STURDY
I have been looking for a big spatula for a while. I was cooking one day for my son and he saw my big spatula. I bought this one for him because he was so enamored with mine. He has already used it for pancakes and says it's terrific. I had mine for years and it is very durable and easy to clean.Good seller who delivers the product advertised quickly.
