Great!
So far I am still using stick #1. It works. Just be sure to let it sit for 8 hours before drinking. And it was packaged so nicely too! It was wrapped in Japanese newspaper and there was a picture of the owner, a thank you note and an origami crane. You don't see niceties like that here in the US anymore. Very impressed.

Great customer service
Great customer service...answered my emailed questions right away. Product works great as I wanted a method of filtering water without using plastic filters and plastic water containers. This totally filters the water which i have in a glass water pitcher. Was necessary to use all 4 pieces as had a large glass water jug.

Beautiful charcoal and great seller!
The charcoal arrived from Japan in perfect condition. It was carefully wrapped in Japanese newspaper. The seller enclosed several small gifts-- a real photograph showing the charcoal being made, a lovely message in Japanese calligraphy, and two beautiful handmade origami birds. Everything was done with care. I was so pleasantly surprised!

Works well for my household
The odor in my windowless bathroom has always been a big trouble for my family. I decided to try this product out because I've been to Japanese households when I last visited the country, and the host recommended this as a fix for odor. Thankfully one stick works perfectly for a small bathroom.

Works Great
I actually bought this for my house plants but decided to taste the water as well. Really enjoyed. I would like some a little thinner to be able to place in bottles after it's boiled
