Sturdy for low level, not moisture retentive
Bought this as support for my monstera, it's exactly as described and no problems with it.It's sturdy on its own and doubled up although much lighter than it looks. I don't think more than a couple stacked on top of each other would be sturdy enough as support as they only embed about 4", but for low level plants they will do the job.A thing to note when considering: the water/moisture retention of them is really bad, the water drains right through and dries quickly so don't expect to use this as a moss pole as title suggests.Also the cable ties it comes with barely reach around the circumference. You can double up on them so not an issue but it leaves a long bit sticking out.

An okay moss pole.
I ordered these as a hobbyist and struggled to figure out if they were the right size. They came up a little large for the pot and I'm still figuring out how to use them correctly but all is well so far. I didn't find That they fit together sturdily but to use individually they aren't too bad.
