Hi there. Some of the patterns will fit. Some may need to be made longer (Barbie is taller). Being a Fashion Designer, in step 3, the instructions explain how to make the patterns longer or wider. I hope this helps.

Yes. Learn to hand sew first. They can also be machine sewn if you want to.
