These are fine, they do the job. I don't like to pouch (who wants a velvet pouch in their freezer) but haven't found another way of storing them suitably (ziploc bag seemed my only other option).I expected them to work better, the illustration shows them using 2-4 to cool down a drink but I think my expectations were too high (it's a REALLY small drink/shot). They would cool down a room-temperature soda. IF you used ALL of them (so hubby had to drink the warm one-j/k).I think the concept is really 'cool' though.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas, and we also gave them to his groomsmen as gifts for our wedding. They are smaller stones, but I think they work well for whiskey glasses. I personally like my whiskey cold, but ice of course always dilutes the drink, so these are perfect. We haven't had any problems with chipping or anything like that. Overall this was a good purchase, and they make a great gift for any whiskey drinkers out there.

I was disappointed, the "chill rocks" where cold (one week in the freezer) but when you put them in your drink they just make it fresh, not cold like ice cubes, and the idea is that you want cold but no water. for the record, I put 4 cubes in 2 oz. of whiskey, maybe if I put all 8 in 1 oz.

They dont actually make your drink cold, rather put it at room temp - which apparantly is how whiskey should be.

Bought these for a gift and they are very nice!

Does not really get the liquor as cold as I would have thought. But after a couple, who cares!

Packaging was a little rough, but the item was as described and perfect for a gift.

These work pretty good. We purchased them as gifts so I was a little disappointed in the bag that comes with them. It looks a little cheap.
