Bought this as a gift so I have not used it fully. Once I opened it up, it has a good weight to it. Played around for a few minutes and I can tell it is made from a above average quality so it tells me it is not a cheap one time use product. The grip is very nice and easy to open and close with the handle. Very clever invention and does seem like it would help. The knife is sharp, but using it seems a bit strange since you are quite far from the blade itself. So more to use the knife as a small knife to cut peices that are sticking together. The bottle opener is a nice touch, but how many bottle openers do you realistically own already. It is usefull in the clutch, but I would rather just pull out a good wide bottle opener and drink in a few seconds rather than spending roughly 30 seconds to adjust the tongs and then to open the beverage. The light is removable and has a decent brightness. It only shines on your meat, so grilling at night is not going to become life changing just because of one little light source. Overall, good packaging, seems like its a durable and great product and seems like it simplifies the original problem of scooping up and flipping.

This is a well-made grill tool for just about anything you might cook. The reason I gave it one star less, is that I have a personal gripe with companies that sell products requiring batteries that are then not included as is the case with these tongs. Other than this small gripe, I would recommend this tool. It cleans up nicely and feels sturdy enough to handle some larger/heavier pieces of meat.

I saw that my neighbor had one and he was flipping burgers like a boss. I bought one and I love it. The top claw clamping down on the spatula was the missing piece to my BBQ game. My wife is just angry that should could not buy for me for Christmas. If you are a self described grill master, put this in your kit. You will not regret it.

Looks great! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't used it yet. It is a gift for someone else.

Got this as a gift for a friend's B Day party. His party was BBQ themed that went all night in which we had to grill up many different food items. Let's just say the Tonglite was hit! No more wearing a flashlight around your head when you grill!

I like the flashlight except that I can't figure out how to remove it when washing the tongs.I don't think I will use it due to the problem with the tongs not coming together well.

We bought one for ourselves and loved it so much we bought 3 more for our sons and they love it!

It is better than I expected. Shipped on time. Product was dusty though.
