This was a lifesaver after my tonsillectomy! I can’t take strong pain meds so I had to rely on liquid advil and tylenol to get me through. This worked quickly. The surgeon just converted the children’s dosage on the bottle to an adult dosage. I didn’t much care for the taste but so what, I’m an adult. I recommend for any adult who can’t take pills for whatever reason.

My son is 2, and has speech delay, so he can't tell us how it is (he hates taking ANY medication). The smell is good, but this barely brought his 102.3 fever down. It only went down to 101, I had to give him Tylenol shortly after because it wasn't working.

Good lord this stuff saves our bacon every season. This is more potent on relieving pain than children's Tylenol and reduces swelling which Tylenol does not do. I have to give my child less doses of this to work well since it lasts 6-8 hours instead of just the 4 you get with Tylenol; this really matters because analgesics are NOT good for you or your children and the less you take the better.We have used it for toothaches, ear infections, fevers, headaches, teething (infant version) and swelling relief for various injuries. It works in 30 minutes and brings relief to little ones that lasts the full 6-8 hours as described. It has a shelf life of 3-4 years, so I got a few boxes on sale to last us for quite a while. Good to have enough to park one in the medicine cabinet, your suitcase, at the grandparent's houses and overnight bag -- never remove them! You never know when you'll be woken up by a sick kid and you'l be so glad you always have one handy.I have 2 older toddlers, a three pack of these lasts us over a year.

Great for little kids and teens who still don't like to swallow pills.
