Loved it
This was my first time using gold lustre dust and I loved it. Has great coverage - i used it on american buttercream and fondant as a paint. Mixed with water for the buttercream, and used as is as well as mixed with vodka for the fondant and all 3 worked well. By itself it worked okay on fondant but in preferred the coverage when mixed it vodka, it is way more even and thicker. It took me a little practice to get the amount of liquid to add to get it to the right consistency, but that's my lack of experience. Nothing wrong with the product. Also you need extremely little. Sp goes a long way.The gold is shiny gold bit more yellowish and not antique. In case anyone wanted to know.Overall good product, will order other dusts when I need them.

Worked like a charm!
This was perfect for the unicorn cake I tried to homemake during quarantine! It was very shimmery. I mixed it with just a tiny bit of whiskey (vodka is best for this but it’s what I had) and painted it over fondant & it turned out great! Be careful not to add too much liquid, though, as it only needs the slightest bit. Any more & it will be sheer, which might be good for other projects!

Easy to use
This was perfect for my gold drip cake. The gold is a little darker than I thought but still looked very pretty. It’s a true gold not a champagne gold. I mixed with a little vodka to get the consistency I needed and painted my ganache and cookies with it. A little goes a long way.

Nice color
Delivery was fast so I’m happy for that. It is like what is described, nice gold color but wasn’t really the color I was looking for, it leans a bit more yellow but it’s pretty. I tried to mix it with frosting and that’s a no go. I used a lot on a small portion of frosting and it just turned my frosting a light peach beige color and that was it. So I wouldn’t recommend mixing it with frosting. But good to mix with vodka then paint over.

5 Stars! Worked perfectly in my chocolate shop
We used this gold dust in our chocolate store and it works like a charm. I was a little nervous, but no need to be nervous. it worked great. I'll be ordering more in more colors if available! One thing to note... and this is not a criticism, just an observation. The container is much smaller than it appears. It's about the diameter of a silver dollar. The good news is that a little bit of this stuff goes a longggg way. You really don't need much to make anything shine. In fact, I'd recommend starting with just a little bit at first. Get a good dusting brush and brush it all over. If you need more, you can always add more... but definitely start small. This stuff goes a long way. Also wanted to mention that this is a true gold and not yellow like some of the other lower-priced products out there. I've tried a few others to save a buck, but I keep coming back to this one. It seems to stick better and the gold is a true gold. Thanks for the great product! I'll be buying more for sure!

Beautiful!
I use this edible gold dust to decorate my signature black coffee and dark chocolate macarons. I add just a couple drops of water to a tiny dish of luster dust, and use a pastry brush to swipe across the cooled shells. So perfect and lovely! There is no detectable flavor at all, and each little jar lasts a long time.

Nice color, not great for painting fondant
Color is nice! Used to paint some fondant, didn’t like the way it worked with alcohol to paint. After it dried it looked nice. But I wouldn’t purchase this again for that usage.

A small amount goes a long way!
The media could not be loaded. I used this for a glitter champagne drink and it was awesome! I was worried that I wouldn't have enough so ended up buying two of these, but in hindsight I only needed 1 because a small amount of the glitter goes a long way. I added less than 1 tsp to 250ml of elderflower syrup (see video) and it was enough! The diameter of the container is about a quarter.
