I don't know, but I don't think so. This comes from boiling beef bones for a long time and then making a powder out of the broth. It does not come from beef, as it were.

Does it come with a measuring device?

Yes, it has a plastic measuring spoon in the tub

Confused, Is tbe protein extracted crom then bone broth?

The protein is in the tendons, ligaments, joints, bone marrow etc on, and in the bones which is extracted into the broth whilst cooking, at least that is my take on it
