Adjustable size
I have had the ones that do not need to be tied and always found them too tight. Because they were stretched the rubber sweat catcher eventually detached. These ones tie at the back so you can adjust to your head size. They are excellent!

Silicone strip keeps sweat from forehead.
Silicone strip directs sweat to side, beyond eyebrows and eyes; even when saturated. Only thing I can wear that keeps me from being blinded by sweat. Tying easy way to adjust. Easy to wash.

Perfect for Ultra's in the heat
Absolutely love this. I find I get too hot in hats and even buffs on my head during long runs, however this is perfect. Keeps the sweat from my bald head away from my eyes, while letting my head stay as cool as possible. Can't recommend highly enough.
