Through the company the replacement cost for this is in the forty something dollar category I thigk it was $14.95 through Amazon. Looks and acts like I real one I had and misplaced. Great buy saved me from having to buy a new window a/c. Went on vacation for 4 days got home a/c would not start at the unit so I go to thinking maybe I would try to remote which I could not find. I ordered this one from Amazon and it works great and the a/c will operate and turn on from the remote and not on the unit anymore.

This product worked like a charm. My dog ate my other remote and could not use it anymore, this did the trick. Great customer service as well, answered my questions in well under a day. Very responsive and caring team.

This unit is exactly as pictured/described. Good value for the price. Works exactly like the old one did before it broke.

I’m so happy with this purchase. There was set up required. I just popped in the batteries and it worked right away. I pressed power and my ac unit turned on. It has everything I need. Would definitely buy again if I had to.

I am sure the remotes are fine and they came quickly in good condition. The low rating is because they are not universal and did not work for my Innovair split system. They are for a property out of country and due to my travel time I was unable to return them within the return window so now ainam stuck with 3 remotes that don't work.
