Absolutely love the heated mattress pad. Wonderful crawling into a prewarmed bed. Will never go without one ever again. Never spilled anything on it to know whether or not its waterproof. U won't be disappointed with this purchase

Does the Queen size come with ONE or TWO Controllers.

I bought the queen size and it has two controllers. Btw, I love it. It works great and makes for a wonderful warm bed on a cold night. Also the auto off feature is great.

Had mine for a little over a year. Now when I tirn on it flashes a F2 code anybody familiar with this?

This answer was found on the WWW : My new blanket works great. Then I changed my sheets and would get the F2 problem. Very consistent after 5 tries with F2 blinking by unplugging at wall outlet and comes on with F2 blinking. Let it rest a night and still the same. Then I unplug it at the blanket. Hmm, notice a pin was lower than the others. PUSH BACK IN FIRM and tried again. Perfect.

Can I turn off auto-shut off. I do not want it to shut off after 10 hours.

I don't know! Sometimes I leave mine on all night and other nights turn it on or off during the night. I absolutely love it though. So glad I got it. I ended up getting two. Do you want it on more than 10 hours?
