Hallo, leider ist das Produkt falsch beschriftet. Die Mine ist 1mm und nicht 0,50mm wie beschriftet. Ich habe deshalb eine Rücksendung ausgelöst. Bitte die Nachlieferung stornieren, falls dies nicht möglich ist, bitte ich Bekanntgabe der weiteren Vorgehensweise. Das fasch gelieferte erst Produkt wurde bereits verwendet und wir nicht zurückgesendet. Ist für mich OK so ! Hier werden durch die Benutzung keine Forderungen gestellt. Doch! Wie kommen ich aber zum richtigen Produkt ??
