Do these buckle at 425 degrees?

I don't recall if I've used mine at that high of a temp. I have used them under the broiler (gas) for 10 mins or so and they were fine. They are pretty thick and heavy-gauge aluminum...not your typical cheap "big box store" specials. I've had several of those that after a few minutes at a high temp you can actually hear them "pop" when they buckle. I would think these would hold up well at high temps just like most all Calphalon does. Regardless, they have a warranty from Calphalon so if they buckle, send them back. :)

What are these baking made out of? I wish to avoid aluminum.

Yup, they're steel. Work great, don't curl and clean up easy.

Do the pands have non stick coating?

There is a smooth coating on it. Cookies slide off easily after baking.
