Wow, this product ended up in my trash after one use. I used a half a scoop (I think that was 1/4 the recommended dose) and it tasted like horrible, sweet medicine. Then I couldn’t fall asleep easily, and when I did I had bizarre dreams all night. Not sure what is in this stuff, but it is definitely more than just magnesium, yuck.
