I love all the books by this author (Jean Fullerton) I’ve never found one that has been easy to put down. I so want to know what’s going to happen next. The books are also so true to the era, each one is like a trip down memory lane. So well researched. Just wish she could write quicker.

My mum is 96 years old and in a care home.She is unable to move and loves reading ,although her eye sight isn't the best.So i keep her supplied with books to the best of my ability.She absolutely loved this book.

Read this latest book while on holiday Great read as always Couldnt put it down Cant wait for the next one

I have read all the books in this series and enjoyed them all. As a retired Nurse I thought the books were well researched and very interesting.
