E-Z Detox Tea for Weight Loss and Belly Fat - Appetite Control - Body Cleanse – Detox 3 Pack

This tea is working wonders for me. I am taking it twice a day along with their weight loss pill. I believe it is a great combination along with my healthy eating and workouts. I am working out 5 days a week for 1 hour, but in the past, I have never dropped weight this fast with diet and exercise alone. I am down 14 pounds after 3 weeks!!! I am someone who suffered from chronic constipation, so this tea is working wonders from that perspective alone. The first two days, I was going to the bathroom about 4 times daily. Nothing embarrassing, so I still came to work and was able to function. After that, I was going twice a day. Every now and then, I would feel a sharp pain in my stomach which would subside as soon as I went to the bathroom... but definitely nothing major that would warrant me to stop taking the tea and pill.I am not sure if it is the tea or the combination of both the tea and the pill, but my appetite is definitely suppressed. I have to force myself to eat at times. I have more energy and as a female, I literally never have the bloated feeling that I am used to experiencing a few times a week. I believe the cleanse is truly effective. I was also placed on prescription vitamin D and iron not too long ago because of my fatigue and tiredness. I no longer am taking either since I started this regimen. Now, it could totally be the whole package (eating healthy, exercise, and the tea), but understand that I was so physically tired that I was unable to even workout for the longest. My doctors even advised against it aside from walking because of my levels, they feared that I would faint. Well, I am now doing hour long kickboxing and strike classes since I started taking this! My doctor had to give credit to the tea herself!!! I am tracking my calorie intake and she actually recommending for me to eat more for fear that I would go back to being fatigued. However, with the tea suppressing my appetite and my workouts, I am only netting about 700-800 calories a day (I am working on getting it to 1200 by drinking protein shakes and supplements so that I am staying healthy). My point is, I should be fatigued if my intake is that low and I am also working out. So... it must be the tea for my body to still be functioning at this high of a level (again, within a 3 week period).The tea has a good taste. I prefer to sweeten mines with a few splenda. I honestly plan to take the tea for a very long time, even once I hit my weight goal. More than likely, I will decrease down to 1 dose of tea per day to ensure my regularity. I was skeptical but am so glad that I found this product. For me... it is working wonders!!! I highly recommend you give it a try.Update 10/28/13: The tea or combination of the tea and the pill have definitely worked for me. I am now down a total of 24lbs and I do not believe I would have lost weight this fast with just my workout and diet (that's 24 pounds in less than two months). I still workout no less than four times per week, which include kickboxing, strike, and a strength training class. I do believe my body became used to the tea, so I modified the time of day when I drink it (instead of after breakfast and after dinner, I now take it after lunch (late afternoon/early evening) and again right before I go to bed. I normally have to "go" immediately in the morning and this tea seems to still be working.

My friend had lost weight while drinking this tea and suggested that I give it a try. I'd never tried any kind of specialty weight loss tea before so I didn't really know what to expect. Here are my thoughts on the tea.First, the packaging is excellent because the ingredients are all listed in bold lettering. I hate when a company isn't transparent about what they put in their product. In the case of the E-Z tea, it is a mixture of various natural herbs and fruits. Nothing with a harsh sounding chemical name is included.The tea bags themselves come in a foil pouch, which apparently does a great job at sealing in the freshness. When I first opened the package, there was a nice tea aroma with just a hint of a fruity scent that wafted up from the bag.I made tea as I normally do, allowing for the bags to steep properly in order to really infuse the flavoring in the water. I wanted to get all the positive things I could from this tea.The taste is surprisingly very good. The tea has a nice heavy body, which many of the bargain store teas I normally drink lack. It reminded me of some expensive specialty tea that I received as a gift years before. There are hints of fruit also, as apparently the tea contains blackberry and cranberry among the other ingredients. While I added Splenda to it, the tea is definitely good enough to drink by itself.However, I didn't buy this tea for the taste alone. I need to shed some extra pounds and since my friend had accomplished her goal partially by using E-Z tea, I thought it would also help me out. The tea definitely has a mild diuretic effect. I may notice this less than some other people since I already take a low dosage water pill. But I did seem to go to the bathroom more than usual, which is certainly part of the way in which the tea removes toxins from what I understand.I also noticed that I felt better after drinking this tea, like I'd received a little energy boost from it. I'm not sure if it was just in my head or not, but it seemed to really make me feel better. Apparently the mixture is designed to also relieve stress, so it may have been working on me at the time.To lose weight, I began by drinking two cups of this tea each day. I usually have trouble with consuming additional calories during the mid morning and in the evening before dinner time. Those were the two times in which I chose to drink this tea. It worked excellently by giving me a nice boost to carry me through to meal time, as well as suppressing my appetite. I'm not sure how it worked exactly, but I felt less hungry and more energetic than I normally would.Checking the scales this morning, it turns out that I've lost a couple of pounds since starting on the tea four days ago. How much of that is water weight versus fat, I'll have to wait and see. But the good news is that it does in fact appear to be working. And since it tastes good also, I don't see any reason to stop using it right now. If I continue to lose weight, then I'll definitely buy more E-Z tea. I recommend you give it a try and see if it works out for you.
