C# 8.0 Pocket Reference

I give this 3 stars NOT because of the content which is fantastic, the authors are great! But rather give it 3 stars due to the extremely poor blurry print quality. I have all versions of this book starting with C# 3.0 and the quality of the print was as follows: Versions 3 and 4 had nice dark jet black clean heavy weight print with clean white pages - beautiful ; Version 5, 6 and 7 have a slightly lighter weight font but still clean and sharp - good ; version 8 however (this version) is another story entirely. The text is not jet black but is lighter and is like a photocopy with a depleted toner cartridge, the font edges are certainly not sharp and are blurry, various pages have little light greyish specks reminiscent of recycled paper, the paper is not clean and white. Some pages are better than others but in general it is a challenge for me to read. It just looks like a poor photocopy and I don't want to read it. If this is the quality going forward I will no longer buy this book when version 9 is released. I am not one to complain, but people should know. Very disappointing to see the quality of printed material going down like almost everything else these days. Perhaps I just received a cruddy copy? Who knows but I will be contacting the publisher promptly to investigate. Again though the actual content though is great, absolutely zero complaints in that department.
