Wolfish: Moonborne: A Fated Mates Paranormal Romance

Great story, lots of passion, but missing major stuff
Great story with lots of passion tension, but no sex. The intrigues and more are really interesting. Since knowing he was hers very near the beginning of her college recollections my only dislike is that they had no physical relationship. The other story aspects are likely to develop more in future books. But why drive reader's sexual tension up when the desire for release will mean avoiding reading more in many cases, and loss of story because of tension means less care about most of other parts of the story.

Hmmm
It took me awhile to get into this book but I'm definitely looking forward to starting the next in the series. One downside I have found is that some of the wording that the main character uses is the exact same as in G.K. DesRosa's other series when the main character was Azara.

Wolfish? I'd say.
I love wolf shifter stories! I love fated mates stories! I love brutish dominant alphas! This book had them in spades...check, check and check! Hunter (I'm not going to attempt to use his other name...can't spell it or probably say it right) was the brooding, powerful , fierce son of the supreme alpha but an alpha in his own right. He was every bit protective of his mate and tender to only her when his guard was down. Love it! Sierra was a developing character. She's not confident or a fighter in physical or mental aptitude. When we meet her she's a no magic witch blood line. When we complete the story she's a wolf and most likely an alpha. She's ready to avenge her pack, her family and in for a fight against the supreme alpha. She's ill equipped with wolf knowledge and magic but she doesn't care. Lets not forget the various kinds of wolves there are. I've never read a book with this idea before of having mixed races in 7 different groups. Very intriguing. A lot of wolfish stuff happening.A few things that were irritating for me. Her friend Cass. I'm glad she has a friend and that's all good. Honestly though, every time Sierra has a malfunction or mishap in public its because Cass put her in that situation. Sierra is fairly level headed (which is a nice change in lead female characters) until Cass shows up. Cass seems self centered in her motives even if she doesn't intend to be. The other issue is her mom. She lies to Sierra about her whole life. Even when Sierra thinks she knows the truth, she doesn't. The lame excuse her mom gives for not being forth coming was ridiculous. We don't interact much with her mom but when we do its eye rolling. She doesn't feel like a caring mother. Overall it was a good read.

amazing Wolfish series ;)
I love werewolf love. If you do too, then you’ll love GK Derosa’s Wolfish. It’s a story of a young woman coming into her power and her place in a male ruled society. Her fated mate may never be able to love her. She’s been lied to her whole life. All this coupled with the backwards rules of a violent and dangerous wolf society means a hell of an adventure in Azar.

Sierra and Hunter
Sierra always thought she was a half-blood witch with no magical powers. She was sent to magic school only to discover she really didn't fit in there. She met a boy she has really strong feelings for but she only gets to see him once a year, the kicker is he may be her mate. One evening she was being chased by a wolf and in her terror she shifted into a white wolf with a purple glow. The magic school discovered she was a shifter and after graduation she was escorted to the school for shifters. She is a lone wolf and she needs to get control over her other half before she can return to the human world. Sierra is in a new place with different rules she does not completely understand. Sierra is attached again and her mother is also attached in the human world. Something is going on Sierra does not understand, no one can tell her why it took her so long for her wolf to appear, why her wolf has a purple glow, why other wolves want to kill her and why her mate would rather reject her and dissolve the mate bond that is building between them. There are so many secrets that Sierra is not privy to but over time they are slowly disclosed to her with heart wrenching results. Life as a wolf is getting very complicated and Sierra has a lot to learn about her new world. This is a great story with amazing characters. It had my attention from page one. I love this book. If you love shifters this is a must read.

Holy Werewolf Babies!!
Utterly captivating and pure entertainment await you in Wolfish! It's unputdownable epicness that will take you hostage and refuse to let go. I didn't want to set this aside, I had to know what would happen next. I can't express just how much I absolutely love this book and adore Sierra! She's feisty and ready to take on the baddies with glorious determination. I'm all in!Sierra is one humorous and just all around good girl. You want to see where her destiny takes her and it's this fierce need to do so. She hasn't been treated well and it's heartbreaking and I'm so ready to see her obliterate her opposition. I had a sneaky suspicion where this beautiful book would leave us and it was even more surprising and brilliantly executed.I want to like Hunter. I want to feel sorry for this tortured bad boy but unless he steps up soon I'm calling it quits in my slowly building interest. I want to see him alpha up and claim his mate.Craving slow burn romance? Rejected mates? Star crossed lovers? Emerging fierce females? Solid friendships? Hidden family secrets? How about a mysterious and frustrating curse? Surprises and twists that will leave you gasping for breath and begging for more? One-click this and experience this right now! This is the first I've ever read from Ms. DeRosa and I can't wait for more! #FanForLife

Lovely
The writer brings a fresh “eye” to a theme largely explored: an academy where the main character is harassed by the other students totally unaware of the magical word. Sierra is a typical teenager that not only suffers bullying but also have to deal with a mysterious man that she falls in love with. The twist of her story happens at the time she graduates. From this point. a lot of events start to be uncovered, new settings are presented as well as new characters and challenges. Let’s see what the writer will bring us after the cliffhanger.

Love it!!
Fast paced, good world building but not to wordy. All the characters description are on point in a way I could actually visualize them. I got totally connected with the characters and fell in love with them. The FMC is strong and knows what she wants. I’m totally buying the next book, when it gets released.

Loving the series so far!
I read the little blurb and decided to give this series a shot. Not disappointed at all in my decision. Loving how strong willed Sierra is, she's truly an amazing character. Hunter needs to pull his head outta his A$$! I'm excited to continue on and find out what happens!
