Ordinary People Change the World Sticker Activity

I think this series of books need to be a part of every school classroom curriculum. I started buying these books when my daughter was 6 and she loves the series! She has learned so much about these important people and important times in history in a way she can get excited about and understand. This activity book made her squeal in delight... so excited to put her favorite books in puzzles and activities! She is now 8 and is still looking to complete her collection!

I was really looking forward to using this book with my 5 year old but a few of the activities are for younger kids, a few are for his age, and a few are for kids way older than him...probably 8 years old. Therefore, I can only use a few pages out of the book right now unless I sit there and basically just do the pages for him while I discuss them. I put it up telling him that we will work on the book when we finish reading through all of this series of books; I guess he will be older by then. It is a cute book but I just don't understand why they didn't narrow the age-range of the exercises. It would have been far better for them to create two different books. One for the 3-5 age range and one for the 6-8 age range. Maybe it is something they will consider in the future.

Excellent. This book was way better than I thought it would be when I ordered it. My 8 year old daughter just loves it. Lots of fun activities and games to do that she really enjoyed and didn't really realize that she was learning at the same time. It encourages creativity as you have to write down your own ideas to change the world. There are little boxes where you draw sketches and there are stickers to place in appropriate game areas. You learn the slogans of the famous people and then you come up with your own slogan. Quality book. Well made. Thick pages. I highly recommend this book.

This is a great workbook, but it's a solid 2nd grade and above resource (and 2nd grade is a generous estimation). Definitely not a resource my K and 1st grader are ready for and I'm disappointed to have to hold this one back until they grow into it.Additionally, the stickers are great, but this is NOT a sticker workbook. It's a workbook that has independent, stand alone stickers in it.
