Very good. Using it for few months. Most important is installation should be perfect.

We purchased the 8 rod ceiling cloth hanger configuration. While the delivery and installation was prompt , we noticed an issue with one of the rods whose wire came undone a few months later. The product is covered under one year warranty and we contacted the manufacturer. However their after sales support department is pretty indifferent in general. Weeks of following up with the company and the technician they assigned themselves result in no actual solution. The technician simply asked to forward the video of the issue but thereafter despite repeated followups, I received no response the company also gave up with no alternative solution. This was pretty frustrating and we had to call an independent technician to fix this. Hope they take this feedback to improve the after support support considerably.

Some pipes got bent in a moth of use. Not meant for drying heavy wet clothes e. g. blankets, cotton sheets etc. Better quality pipes should be used for 8 ft length.

Rollers are open & not confined in groove , ropes comes out from the pulley , roller frame is power coated steel , it should be of aluminium , that gives more flexibility to slide the roller from its position , ropes are not of good quality .

Too expensive for this quality
