Leven Rose Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil for Hair Growth 1 oz, 100% Pure, Cold Pressed Pumpkin Oil for Damaged Hair, Dry Skin and Nails

My girlfriend and I recently added Leven Rose's Pumpkin Seed Oil to our lineup of oils we apply to each other nightly after our hot bath and cool shower (such fun!) and I must honestly say this oil is nothing short of fantastic! The oil itself is basically clear with just a bit of the usual yellow tint found in many organic seed oils. What impressed me most when we first applied it is the thickness and richness of this oil! It goes on like "liquid silk" in that it's similar in texture to the finest Moroccan Argan Oil. (Read my review of Leven Rose's Argan Oil) Anyway, we apply it all over (and I mean all over!) as a body oil along with many other oils as noted above.. It goes on smooth, feels good and is absorbed quickly.. It leaves your skin "glowing" and even in the morning after our shower we can still see that "glow" in our skin without the need to apply more until the evening.. It's that good!! Like all of Leven Rose's organic oils, there's no additives or "filler" oils, just pure unrefined, organic oil.. It's nothing short of wonderful! We apply many oils nightly, such as Jojoba, Argan, Coconut, Fur Oil, Darshana Natural Indian Hair Oil, Leven Rose's Jojoba Vitamin E Oil (Vitamin E Serum) Leven Rose's Rosehip Seed Oil, VERB Ghost Oil, VERB Leave In Mist and others. We just added Leven's Rose's Carrot Seed Oil to our nightly line up of oils as well, as noted above. Remember to use this oil very sparingly, as just a little bit goes a very long way! This Pumpkin Seed Oil is the very finest on the market today, it just doesn't get any better than this! Leven Rose, in this writer's opinion, is the best company out there selling the highest quality, the very finest organic, cold pressed, all natural unrefined oils and their customer/product support is nothing short of outstanding! I started using this pumpkin seed oil about a year and a half ago after experiencing horrible eczema on my neck that wouldn’t go away without using steroid cream. I had previously used steroid cream there and it ended up thinning my skin. I finally figured out what was causing the eczema, but needed something to heal my skin. Enter pumpkin seed oil. After doing research, I read about pumpkin seed oil and gave it a try. I wanted something organic and I found this brand, Leven Rose. Within a week, my eczema was healing and my skin was better than it had been in probably a couple of years. I started using it on my face, as well, as part of my skincare routine and I can’t say enough how much my skin loves this oil. The oil is very lightweight and seems to soak into my skin, if that’s even possible, helping to add moisture. I absolutely love it. Bonus is that, a) it smells absolutely amazing, not too strong at all, and b) this oil is super gentle and didn’t negatively affect my skin at all. I have the most sensitive skin on the planet, no joke, and I was so, so happy that this pumpkin seed oil didn’t give me a rash. Highly recommend this pumpkin seed oil!! I literally can’t say enough about how amazing it is :)

This is another great product from Leven Rose! I use this oil for moisturizing my face in the morning. I usually mix Argan Oil with Frankincense and Carrot Oil to help against the sun. Pumpkin Seed Oil is all in one! No more mixing for me! This oil absorbs in quickly and there is no smell. Will buy again!

I love this new oil from Leven Rose. Postpartum, my skin had been fluctuating between dry patches and breakouts, sometimes at the same time. Nothing was controlling it until I started using oils... and then what a change! A lot of people recoil at the idea of adding oil to their skin but it has been amazing for me. When we strip our natural oils out with harsh cleansers, our skin goes into oil production overdrive to make up for it and then we get clogged pores, more acne, etc. Washing my face with oil and applying it afterward is now an essential part of my routine. I can't recommend it highly enough. Now I have more even skin tone, less dryness, fewer breakouts, and overall my skin just looks healthier. This pumpkin seed oil is no exception. It has a thicker texture than some of my other oils (like safflower and jojoba) so it feels more like a serum. It's moisturizing but also cleared up some small acne that was forming. I love the texture of my face after I have had the pumpkin seed oil on for an hour or two; I can just tell my skin is soaking up the goodness. I have been oiling my scalp for many years and haven't been able to find the right scalp oil for me. My scalp is very sensitive and flaky, so I have to be careful about the products/ingredients I use to not make the problem worse. Most scalp oils I've looked at either use filler oils (ex. coconut oil or soybean oil) or a ton of fragrance, both of which are unnecessary and irritating to my scalp. I decided to do some research to get just plain oils with no additives to use for oiling my scalp. I've ordered from this brand previously and really like the quality of their products and didn't hesitate to search through the selection to find a new oil for my hair. I decided to give pumpkin seed oil a try and it's made such a difference in how my scalp feels! The inflammation on my scalp has decreased significantly and it helps to soothe/reduce my flaky scalp. My only complaint is that the bottle size is quite small and if you have thick hair like me, then you will blow through this bottle after a few uses. Despite the bottle size, I still highly recommend this product and will continue to purchase it due to the amazing results I've been seeing!

I am impressed with the Leven Rose brand. Their products are affordable without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction. They know they make good products and stand behind them. I have used the pumpkin, jojoba and rosehip oils at night and during the day mixed with my moisturizer. I was worried putting oil would break me out as I have a history of acne. I used to treat my acne with harsh cleansers like proactiv, and never with much success. I took a different approach and started looking for sensitive products since redness and rosacea were my major concerns. That switch has made all the difference. I learned that pumpkin seed oil was the best for acne prone skin, I got one huge pimple in the first few days, but have now used it a few months with no breakouts and clear, smooth and moisturized skin. I still deal with redness and haven’t found a cure all for it, but at least the texture now is clear and smooth and my cc cream covers all the redness. At 37, this is the best my skin has looked in my whole life.

I know skin care takes a long time to truly show results, so I will come back to update this review in terms of hair loss and acne scars fading. I've been using this every day, 7 days a week for over 2 weeks. I use it as a stand alone moisturizer after I wash my face in the mornings. I really enjoy that it's not greasy and use 3-4 drops on my face, as I have a very dry skin type. My skin soaks it up like it's dying of thirst. It leaves my face a plump and moisturized canvas for my makeup. I'm extremely fair, almost porcelain skin tone and normally when I put on a moisturizer my face flames red and is agitated for a while afterwards. This oil doesn't seem to aggravate my skin at all, only the slight pressure from me rubbing it in makes my face pink for a minute or two. I'm also very acne prone, but using this and the Rosehip oil at night seems to calm my acne down either overnight or in two days. I have unexplained overall hair loss at the moment and I've lost 50% of my hair, so I will be very eager to start trying this on my hair after other people's reviews and success. Great smell too, my husband said it reminds him of pumpkin pie.

I had high hopes for this for my dry but sensitive skin, but it didn't work out for me. It worked wonderfully for moisturizing, and after applying it at night my skin was glowing in the morning. But even a small amount made me break out in a way that made my skin look rough and bumpy. It calmed down right away after I discontinued use, so I'd still say give it a shot and see if it works for you. I'm giving 3 stars because I decided to use it on my hair rather than return it, and it is good for that! Makes my thick and dry hair very shiny and smooth.

On my 2nd bottle of this already mostly because I split some of the bottle early on and couldnt get it back into the bottle. I love this pumpkin seed oil I use it every morning under my moisturizer and on my neck. Its great for the body too. Absolutely love it. I was using this before bed too but I like to use the rosehip oil in the evening. Not too oily obsorbs really well and is a saving grace for dry skin. Also good seller, will stay loyal to them. The price is right and if you aren't like me and dont spill this will last you MUCH longer.
