Works Great!!!! Just as advertised!!!

Just bought my 2nd one, for my 1st one stopped working after 7 years. I put it away in the NJ winters for about 2 months, but ran 12 hours a day for 10 months a year. I had to replace the propeller twice over the course of it's life($20). Super happy with this pump and will buy again.

What else can be said. This is the best pump you can buy. All sizes.

Mags are the best; they last forever. I've had two Mag 12s running my 125 gallon reef tank 24/7 for years on end, and they very rarely need attention. I have another outside running the waterfall for my pond. I had to replace that one once a couple years ago; it shorted out. But all-in-all they have a great track record. I have a couple smaller Mags which are work horses as well. Although the price for a Mag 12 seems to have increased significantly; I think I paid around $100 for my last one.

I purchased the Danner 950. It Was too low power. I bought the 1250 with not much better results. It had the volume with no pressure. Now I have two pumps I don't want.

only had it about a month, but so far it pulls water like nobodys business (while running inline)very quiet, does heat up a little bit, but nowhere near what it would if it was running submerged.will keep yall updated!
