Q: Do these cards come with a magnetic strip to rewrite, or will you require a printer for this.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean here. The cards are all blank and can be printed on using a Inkjet Printer (provided you have a PVC card tray for it). The magnetic stripes are blank as well and you need to encode them using a magnetic stripe encoder.

Not ink jet we have ...reguler pvc black. We do not have black ink jet cards Jack
