Description says graphite shaft. Are they graphite or steel?

Steel shaft. It reads “Kirkland Signature / Powered by True Temper” on a sticker down the shaft as well

Are these legit? Why do they have foreign writing?similar Knock offs?

I haven’t played with them yet but they appear to be legit. The box was Costco and they are stamped Costco. I bought them based on reviews and they are unavailable on the Costco web site, and a lot cheaper than other brand name wedges. I think they are about $40 higher than the last price I saw on the Costco website. Time will tell.
