The product feels quite weird in hand - like thermocoal. It's very plastic like. Also, it doesn't offer 36 colors. It's 12 colors in 3 packets so the description too is misleading. It's a big mistake of a purchase. I have opened one of the packages so can't even return it. Please do not buy.
