Great apartment sized washing machine. I added a faucet splitter in my bathroom from shower head. I ran flex water cord along corner of tub with wall attachments. I put the drain pipe right into my tub and just tapped it to the side along the base of tub. I bought fittings to keep shower head going or re route water to washer machine with a simple lever. About $40 in fittings and hose to attach in my bathroom perfectly. It works very well and I’m happy with the amount of clothes it can wash and overall great item. I’ve already paid for the machine in 6 months from avoiding the laundry mat. It says don’t put in bathrooms, but it works fine in there. No issues at all. I did buy upgraded clamps for drain hose and put silicone over the connection so it’s doubled protection. Easy and cheap todo. It works just as well as my past $700- washing machines. A little less clothes but saves me $60 a month. The top opening cover is plastic and I wasn’t a fan of that, but still works great. Takes a little longer to wash and spin dry together is like 50 minutes. But clothes come out ready to hang dry. I leave mine hung up overnight and ready to go in the morning. So if you’re on the fence about a tiny washing machine I was too. Best thing I’ve bought in awhile. If you’re not handy you’ll need someone with some skills to get the proper plumbing fittings to hook up as you need. It’s worth every penny.

I use this in my RV. It’s wonderful! It’s quiet, easy to load and empty, easy to hook up, and it doesn’t take a team of longshoremen to move. My husband carried it inside, and I moved it into place and installed it in minutes. It’s not full-sized, but it’s not tiny, either. Read on… It does a good job cleaning clothes, bed linens, towels, etc. Though it isn’t a full size washer, I’ve hardly noticed. I am able to wash a king size fitted sheet, two pillowcases, and two twin size sheets in one load. It’s is very quiet. The loudest thing about it is the cheerful little song it sings sings when you turn it on and when its cycle is done. My husband had taken to randomly humming its songs! lol I’ve experienced no leaks or problems with the belt, and I’ve done a dozen loads now. I do have two criticisms. First, it doesn’t have a separate dispenser for bleach, vinegar, softener, or the like. There’s one holder for powdered detergent. That’s it! And you cannot open the lid during use or it resets the cycle. So, using bleach is iffy. The powder dispenser will leak straight bleach onto your clothes, and I’m not sure it’s good for the washer to have straight bleach poured into it (plus, then you’d have the bottom of the washer wet with bleach, which might then come into contact with your clothes!). I will probably find a way to disable the automatic shutoff mechanism so I can open the lid to add bleach once the tub fills. Second, the water connectors are plastic, but my supply faucets are metal. A quick internet search told me that a plastic-to-metal connection isn’t ideal. But, after looking for an alternative, I couldn’t find a decent solution, so I connected it anyway, and I’ve not had a leak. So, is this a flaw? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I recommend powdered detergent. Detergent pods don’t fit in the dispenser. And, with powder, you can regulate the amount of detergent you use. Overall, I really-truly love this machine!

This washer is excellent with a nicely sized tub. I really like the "Fuzzy" setting, which senses the right amount of water needed for each load. I was impressed that it could handle two full-size towels and a full-size blanket. I’ve only connected it to my home’s cold water supply, which works perfectly for modern fabrics. Bleach even activates better in cool water. Just remember to remove the packing material from underneath before using it. It runs quietly and quickly, and I’m very pleased with this purchase. For context, I’m a bachelor with all my kids grown and living on their own.

I really like this washing machine. It’s much better than another brand we had that broke after 2years. It is also almost double the cubic wash space The old one was very noisy during spin cycles and wasted water every time the load became unlevel. This one is very quiet during spinning except the mild whirling sound from the speed of the spin. My son use to close the bathroom door when laundry was being done because of the noise. He said he doesn’t have to now that we got a real washing machine. I like this one so much I put I. The work to connect inlet under the bathroom sink and ran an outlet hose to the tub to drain. Update, it’s April now and we are still enjoying this washing machine. We only use one set program because it’s the shortest and only has one rinse cycle. The others have multiple and we don’t want to waste water. I have to say for the price I think this is as close as u can get to a full size washer 2026 update: it’s still running strong and although I wish wash settings were a little better because we still only use the first setting, this has officially out lasted the first one we bough and has out preformed as well, it’s now about 3 years old and is not as quiet as first bought but that’s to be expected due to belts stretching but it’s still very quiet. After now owning for almost 3 years I would say the only thing about this I would change would be were the drain hose is connected. Don’t get me wrong this is a solid affordable washer, when I purchased I didn’t realize the drain was on the side,since it’s in a tight place not recommended by the manufacturer, we do get a sour odor from time to time, if the drain ti pump was in the back instead of the side this would be 6 stars for me :) when we get the funky smell I put a washing machine cleaning tablet , then run a empty wash with vinegar and it goes away for a good period of time

I have mixed feelings about this washer. On the one hand, when we finally got everything worked through, it washes well. We chose the 1.5 cu. ft size and it is able to handle our queen sheets, which was important. And we're very happy we have it. On the other hand, it took a lot of finagling to get it to work for us, and the top lid is already showing wear. A few key things we had to do: make sure that the clamp attached to the drain hose is actually pressing the grey rubber onto the drain outlet (not squeezing the rubber off of the outlet). Then, you have to figure some way to anchor the drain pipe securely so it doesn't go flying during operation. We used a twist-tie and a hook to secure it to our shower drain when we're using it. And we also had to use teflon tape around the inlet hose to prevent mild leaking. We also purchased a drain pan to go under the washer as a last line of defense in case of a mild leak from the drain outlet. It seems like the connections are as good as you can make them be, they're not perfect out of the box. The instructions were pretty badly written, which makes sense as this is a Chinese company. Giantex customer service has been...fine to deal with. At least they're responsive. Given that this is one of the few 1.5 cu ft washers on the market that fit the space we wanted to put it in, I'm glad we got it. But I wish we knew everything we know now about how to make it work.

It is the perfect little washer super quite does an excellent job.

I absolutely loved this washer up until it stopped working after about five loads of laundry. It cleaned my laundry well but was very loud. After about the fifth load of laundry, it started leaking from the bottom of the washer and I smelt something burning. It stopped pumping out the water from the washer, so I did it manually. After that, I leaned the washer on its side to look at the bottom where all the electrical was located. The pump was extremely warm and smelled like burnt plastic. If the washer worked longer, I would’ve loved it. Additionally, If you want to return the washer, you’re able to, but you must REQUEST a refund only after you’ve already returned your item. This meaning you may not get a refund if they don’t want to. This is unlike any other Amazon return I have dealt with where you just return the item and it automatically sends you the money back as soon as it is received. Honestly, the washer was a huge waste of time and energy.

This is my 2nd Giantex washer I will not go with any other washer. Decent compacity perfect for our small family handles small blankets, towels, and daily cloths. Very easyand straightforward to use love the child safety lock for that added protection and peace of mind. It's a well built washer functions great with different option from soak, heavy loads, to normal cloths. Different water level settings to help with whatever compacity you need. Love the color it matches my dryer. Very energy efficient and quiet to use you don't even notice it while sleeping. Runs off of normal power so you can use it in apartments, campers, or small spaces. I love the auto drain feature works excellent. Great customer service if you ever need it.

Amazing little machine. Definitely worth the money. Fits underneath my loft bed with tons of room to work around it. Washes smaller blankets, but that anything bigger isn’t going to work. But that’s to be expected with any small washer. The spin dryer is also more than sufficient. I’ll do an extra dry cycle and the clothes come out barley damp

I love love love my new washing machine! I live in a large apartment complex with 3 small machine to share with the entire apartment. They are always broken, used or uncared for. That plus having a newborn baby, it's really difficult to get any laundry done. This has been an absolute life saver! I'm so beyond happy with my purchase! I no longer have to leave my apartment to wash clothes! The washer holds quite a bit! It's not the same as a full sized machine but I can fit one twin sized comforter with no problems! I read some people had issues with the drain hose leaking but I think that's because the clamp is difficult to get into the correct spot it needs to be (between two lines to keep it in place.) I got my partner to help me with that and I've had absolutely no issues with leaking! The air drying option doesn't exactly dry the clothes like I was hoping, it more or less takes out more water so you can hang it to dry and it dries faster. Though I expected that considering it was air dry only. I bought a retractable clothes line for inside my home to make things run smoother. I only wish for longer hoses so I have more free range of where to put my machine!

A very nice looking machine that works really well, I had bought separately the piece with wheels and once it was on it it was easy to move over to my sink. It does a good job. some of the cycles it offers don't make sense like washing and not spinning and just spinning, but the other cycles are great. Attaching the draining hose isn't clear and took a bit to figure out the best way to attach it, but figured that out and no leaking.

I love this portable washer! It works great for me, it's not very loud while in use. It gives you multiple options for the wash and water level. It was fairly simple to attach to the sink. My only complaint is the attachment hoses are pretty short and I can just barely reach from my machine to my sink. I have only used it to wash 2 loads so far but it worked great! I am very happy with my purchase.

I was very satisfied with the machine, but after two weeks and around 7 cycles it started squealing and there's no instructions on how to fix it.
