It it what it is....
My 3 year old loves JoJo so I bought this for Easter. I sized up and it is still snug on her. It is not great material and I do not expect it to last more than 8 washes. I would say it is a total waste of money, but 3 year old loves it and her face has lite up the twice I have pulled it out for her to wear. I am using it sparingly so it will last 3 or 4 months.
