I tasted this pasta while in Italy and decided to buy it when I got home. The pasta was sent in a PLASTIC bag and the pasta was crushed and broken into bits (it was a spaghetti type pasta) when it arrived at my home. Unfortuntally, the pasta is not returnable. The pasta is delicious, but the packaging makes the pasta useless. I thought it woud be shipped in a protective box or I would never have ordered it.

Just great pasta

We visited the factory in Lari last year and brought some home. We finished the package and were happy to see that you can purchase it here in the states. It really is superior pasta.

This is the greatest dried pasta ever. It's made with brass extrudes which create pasta with a rough texture. The texture grabs and holds the sauce, unlike other pastas where the sauce slides off.

Pasta is delicious, I've bought it before. This time there was no packing beyond the bag it came in, just slap a label on it and throw it into the post office bin. Spaghetti was pulverized and I can't return it or get a refund.
