Is this POE or does it require it's own power?

hi,this is poe camera,It supports Poe function and can realize power supply and network transmission with only one network cable..But if you don't have a Poe adapter, Poe switch or Poe NVR, you need to buy a power adapter.

Does a pole mount adapter exist for this camera?

I never use a pole bracket but a wall bracket for sure. Maybe you can do a combination of both to make it works.

Is this 4mm fixed lens or 2.8mm its says both?

This is 2.8mm. Because the point cannot be modified, please refer to the title to confirm the lens.
