After much anticipation, I purchased the Big Boss Electric Squeegee Vacuum, hoping it would be a game-changer for my cleaning routine. However, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. Heeding the advice from other reviews, I allowed the device to charge for a full week, well beyond the recommended three days that some users suggested to ensure it would hold a charge. Despite these precautions, the vacuum fails to perform as expected.Each day, with hopeful expectations, I tested the device, only to be met with disappointment. It powers on, but within five seconds, it turns off abruptly, rendering it completely useless for any cleaning task. This persistent issue has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my purchase.Seeking a resolution, I reached out to the company's customer service, hopeful for a helpful response. Unfortunately, my experience only worsened. The company refused to provide any form of assistance or remedy for the situation. Their unwillingness to address or rectify the problem is disheartening and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Big Boss Electric Squeegee Vacuum. The product's performance is severely lacking, and the company's customer service leaves much to be desired. Prospective buyers should consider these factors carefully before making a purchase.

Got the item in a timely manner. Charged it for twice as long as the manual suggested, but the light never turned green then tried the power button several times and it never worked.

I love this! Every one needs this for cleaning windows! No mess no steaks!

I was very hesitant in buying this, but I did , and I do not regret it. It work wonderful. I did all my windows in 1/2 the timeand they looked good. Again, I recommend this to anyone. Amazon is great for the little gadgets that make life easier.
