Frankly speaking I was not having much expectations. Just availed of Amazon Prime and it was my first time order after becoming a Prime member. Being a prime member, brought the package to me in 2 days flat. It takes somewhere around 5-6 days usually.The utensil (griller) is the easiest way to get home made grilled sandwich. You can add whatever you want. There's no specific or hard line rule for sandwiches.Pros.1. Easy to use.2. The attached handle lock helps holding sandwich together. You just have to flip sides randomly.3. Perfect length of the handle with adequate Bakelite grip for keeping hands safe.Cons.1. Need to be careful in beginning. Or else you end up with burnt sandwich. Keep flipping sides oftenly. Beginners better keep flame on lowest intensity. The normal sized bread sits perfectly in alot. Don't use oversized sandwich special bread.2. The non stick sheet used for making, could have been a bit thicker.3. Do not wash immediately after use. Let it cool down normally at room temperature. The sheet used is a bit thinner and may end up cracked if washed immediately after use.

I gone through all the toaster availbale in this range...went through the review but still wasnt able to find the right one...then I ordered this........its good in every way....handy....easy to clean...super easy to use......if u cook in dim flame u can even prepare the next toast for grilling it wont burn.........anyone who is in doubt just go for this.....

I have used electric sandwich toasters all my life... and this is truly novel to me. It’s perfect in every way. Jus the perfect size, the job is done is a couple of minutes, the fillings gets sealed in well, I love it as it’s a clean box (only with ridges) without pressing the sides, which ensures even distribution of the filling instead of pressing the sides and concentrating and making the centre bulgy and sides glued and devoid of filling. I find it much more convenient than the electric ones where it tends to get messy especially because of the diagonal cutting and gluing of sides plus it’s takes longer to cook than on this one. Highly recommended. ( I leave a small slice of butter on the lower plate then place the bread and layer it or fill it with the bread on the toaster instead of filling first and then shifting. May look messy but you will get the hang of it very quick)
